Who provides the service
- DogTracker is provided by Branko Senkić, Stjepana Radića 112, Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina — a private individual, not a company.

The service
DogTracker is an app and accompanying service for GPS tracking of hunting dogs via compatible GPS trackers worn on the collar. By using the app you accept these terms.
The app includes Google Maps features and content (the map). Your use of them is subject to the current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Account
- An account with a valid email address is required. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
- The service is intended for adults.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account).

Tracker and SIM card
- The GPS tracker uses its own SIM card. SIM costs (setup SMS messages, mobile data) are borne by the tracker's owner, per their operator's price list.
- Only connect a tracker that is yours or that you have the owner's permission to use.

Acceptable use
- The service is for tracking your own dogs (and dogs entrusted to you by their owner).
- It is forbidden to use the service to track people or other people's animals without explicit consent, or for anything against the law or Google's terms for Google Maps. Such accounts may be blocked without notice.

Service limitations
- GPS accuracy and tracking availability depend on GPS signal, mobile network coverage and the tracker's battery — things beyond our control. The service is provided "as is".
- Do not rely on the service as the only way of protecting your dog, nor for safety-critical purposes.
- Occasional interruptions due to maintenance or faults are possible; we do our best to keep them rare.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogTracker is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service (e.g. a lost dog, a missed hunt, SIM card costs).

Governing law
- These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement fall under the competent court in Mostar.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply, regardless of the point above.

Changes
We may change these terms; users will be notified of significant changes through the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
